October–December 2026: Birthdays, Christmas & New Year

October is the quiet secret of the Bali birthday year: villas are easy to book, beach clubs and cafés have space again, and the weather is still kind — sunny mornings and golden afternoons. Then December arrives and everything changes. The last three weeks of the year are the busiest dates on the island, when Christmas parties, school-holiday birthdays and New Year celebrations all land in the same fortnight, and entertainers, cakes and Santa visits book out well before the schools break up.

Weekend dates — especially Saturday afternoons in Canggu and Berawa — go first. For an October or November Saturday, two to three weeks of notice is ideal and midweek dates can often be arranged in under a week. For anything between 15 December and 2 January, book now: that window runs on a different calendar and the good entertainers are gone by late November. What a Kids Party in Bali Actually Costs

The honest range is wide, because a cake-and-balloons afternoon for eight children and a themed production for thirty-five are different events. Our packages start at IDR 2,500,000 for up to 10 children — decor corner, birthday cake and a party host for two hours. The most-booked option, Classic at IDR 4,500,000, covers up to 20 children with full themed styling, an entertainer, hosted games and a sweet table. Grand from IDR 8,500,000 handles up to 35 children and adds a second entertainer, a pool party with a certified lifeguard, and a photographer.

Three things move a quote more than anything else: headcount (staff and food scale directly with it), whether you want a pool party with a lifeguard, and how much custom work the theme needs — a printed backdrop is quick, a sculpted character cake is not. Planning a Birthday Before You Even Land

Most of the parties we run are for families who are not in Bali yet — planned entirely over WhatsApp from another timezone, sometimes months ahead, sometimes four days before. That works, and here is how we keep it calm.

You send the date, your child's age, a rough headcount and the villa or area. We come back the same day with a theme proposal, a photo of a real setup rather than a stock mock-up, and one fixed price. If you have not booked accommodation yet, tell us first — some villas quietly ban events, and knowing that before you pay a deposit has saved more than a few of our families a very awkward conversation. We also coordinate directly with villa managers, which most of them prefer, since they already know our team and how we leave a property.

Payment is a deposit to hold the date and the balance on the day — transfers or cash both work. We speak English and Russian, we answer between 08:00 and 21:00 Bali time, and if your message lands at 03:00 our time it will be answered when we wake up rather than by a bot. How much does a kids birthday party cost in Bali?
Our Mini package starts from IDR 2,500,000 for up to 10 children — decor corner, cake and a party host for two hours. The most popular Classic package is IDR 4,500,000 with themed styling, entertainer and games. Full tables are on the pricing page.
How many children can you handle at one party?
Comfortably up to 35 with our Grand package and a team of entertainers. For bigger school or community events we add hosts and a second activity station — tell us the headcount on WhatsApp and we will size the team. Details under party packages.
Can you make allergy-friendly or vegan birthday cakes?
Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and fully vegan cakes are baked every week. We confirm every allergy in writing before baking and label the sweet table so other parents can relax too. See birthday cakes.
Is a lifeguard included for pool parties?
Yes. Every pool party includes a certified lifeguard who watches the water the whole time — it is built into the price, not an optional extra. We also brief parents on pool rules before the games start.
Do your entertainers speak English or Russian?
All our entertainers host in fluent English, and we have Russian-speaking hosts available on request — about half our families in Canggu and Berawa ask for bilingual hosting. Indonesian is covered too, of course.
How far in advance should I book?
7-10 days is comfortable for most parties; custom cakes and themed decor need at least 5 days. High season (July, August, New Year) books out earlier — message us as soon as you have a date and we will hold the slot for free.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Bali rain is heavy but short. We always plan a covered zone — villa living rooms, terraces or gazebos — and move games and the cake moment under cover without losing the schedule. For wet months we simply build the whole party around sheltered areas.
Which areas of Bali do you cover?
All of south and central Bali: Canggu, Seminyak, Berawa, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Ubud, Kuta and Denpasar — same prices everywhere, no travel surcharge. See all areas.
Do you have party slots left for December and the 2026 holidays?
Yes — even in the busy final weeks of 2026 we keep a few flexible slots each week, and we can often arrange a party at three to four days' notice once a villa date is confirmed. For 15 December to 2 January book as early as you can. Message us your date on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away what is still open.
Can I still book a September or October 2026 birthday slot?
Yes — the autumn calendar is open, and September–October is one of the easiest windows of the year to get your first-choice date. Weekend afternoons in Canggu and Berawa fill first, so allow two to three weeks for a Saturday party; midweek dates often need less than a week. Send your date on WhatsApp and we will hold the slot for free.
Is October good weather for an outdoor kids party in Bali?
October usually stays kind — sunny mornings and warm afternoons, with the first short showers arriving toward the end of the month and the rains settling in from November. We plan a covered zone at every party as standard, so a surprise shower never derails the games or the cake moment, and pool parties are still a good pick in October.
Do you organize children's birthdays in Canggu and Seminyak?
Yes — as a children's birthday organizer we run parties across Canggu, Berawa and Seminyak weekly: custom kids theme parties from pirate ships to unicorn gardens, built, hosted and packed down by our own team.
