How much does a kids birthday party cost in Bali?
Our Mini package starts from IDR 2,500,000 for up to 10 children — decor corner, cake and a party host for two hours. The most popular Classic package is IDR 4,500,000 with themed styling, entertainer and games. Full tables are on the pricing page.
How many children can you handle at one party?
Comfortably up to 35 with our Grand package and a team of entertainers. For bigger school or community events we add hosts and a second activity station — tell us the headcount on WhatsApp and we will size the team. Details under party packages.
Can you make allergy-friendly or vegan birthday cakes?
Yes — gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and fully vegan cakes are baked every week. We confirm every allergy in writing before baking and label the sweet table so other parents can relax too. See birthday cakes.
Is a lifeguard included for pool parties?
Yes. Every pool party includes a certified lifeguard who watches the water the whole time — it is built into the price, not an optional extra. We also brief parents on pool rules before the games start.
Do your entertainers speak English or Russian?
All our entertainers host in fluent English, and we have Russian-speaking hosts available on request — about half our families in Canggu and Berawa ask for bilingual hosting. Indonesian is covered too, of course.
How far in advance should I book?
7-10 days is comfortable for most parties; custom cakes and themed decor need at least 5 days. High season (July, August, New Year) books out earlier — message us as soon as you have a date and we will hold the slot for free.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Bali rain is heavy but short. We always plan a covered zone — villa living rooms, terraces or gazebos — and move games and the cake moment under cover without losing the schedule. For wet months we simply build the whole party around sheltered areas.
Which areas of Bali do you cover?
All of south and central Bali: Canggu, Seminyak, Berawa, Kuta, Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Denpasar — same prices everywhere, no travel surcharge. See all areas.
Do you have party slots left for the 2026 high season?
Yes — even through the busy July and August 2026 high season we keep a few flexible slots each week, and we can often arrange a party at three to four days' notice once a villa date is confirmed. Message us your date on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away what is still open.
