BaliKidsParty exists because of one bad birthday. In 2019 I organised my daughter's fifth at our villa in Canggu — I am an event organiser by profession, so naturally I did everything myself — and I spent the entire party in the kitchen, missing the magic show, the games and most of the cake moment. Driving home from dropping off the bouncy castle pump at 9 pm, I realised every parent I knew had the same story. So I built the company I had needed that morning.
Who We Are
I'm Anna — event organiser for over a decade, mum of two, and the person reading your WhatsApp messages. Around me is a small permanent team: two party stylists, a baker who has never once missed a delivery window, six entertainers we trained ourselves, two certified lifeguards and a setup crew that villa managers across Canggu and Berawa greet by name. We run between two and six parties a week across south and central Bali, and we deliberately stay small enough that I personally see every party plan before it goes out.
Our clients are mostly expat families and visiting parents — the school communities of Canggu and Berawa, holiday families in Seminyak and Nusa Dua, and a growing number of Denpasar families who found us through a classmate's party. About half our bookings come from parents who attended one of our parties as a guest, which is the only marketing metric I really track.

The whole point of the company: you should watch your child blow out the candles, not run the logistics. We handle setup, hosting, timing and clean-up — you hold the camera and the champagne.
Safety Is Structural
A certified lifeguard at every pool party — built into the price, never an upsell. Entertainers with verified references and trial events. Age-appropriate games, allergy labels, shade plans. Boring to read about, priceless on the day.
Honest Recommendations
If a magic show is wrong for your two-year-old, we say so. If a cake-and-balloons delivery serves you better than a full package, we say that too. Parents talk to each other — honesty is our best advertising.
