How Ordering Works in Bali's Heat
Bali adds two complications most parents do not think about until cake day: heat and traffic. Buttercream starts softening above 26°C, which is roughly every afternoon on this island, so we deliver chilled in insulated boxes, time the drop-off 1–2 hours before the cake moment, and brief you on exactly where to keep it (air-con room, not the fridge door). For garden parties we design with heat-stable creams and skip decorations that weep in humidity.
Designs are approved on WhatsApp: send a photo reference or just a theme and colours, and our baker replies with a sketch and price. Most families order the cake as part of a full party package — it is cheaper bundled, and our team handles candles, knife, plates and the singing moment so you can film it. Cake Pricing
Classic sponge cakes start from IDR 450,000 per kg (1 kg serves about 10 children). Themed sculpted designs run IDR 600,000–900,000 per kg depending on detail. Smash cakes are a flat IDR 400,000, cupcakes from IDR 35,000 each, and full sweet tables from IDR 1,500,000. Gluten-free, vegan and nut-free versions add roughly 15%.
