I started BaliKidsParty after organising my own daughter's fifth birthday at our villa in Canggu — and spending the entire party in the kitchen instead of next to her. I have been an event organiser for over a decade and I am a mum of two, so our packages are built around one rule: the parent should be a guest at their child's party. We plan the timing by age — 2 hours is plenty for toddlers before the meltdown hour, 3 hours suits ages 5–9, and tweens happily run to 4 — and we handle every moving part in between so you never have to leave the garden.

Built Around Your Child's Age
A great party for a three-year-old and a great party for a nine-year-old are completely different events. For toddlers we keep it short, shaded and soft: bubbles, parachute games and a smash-cake-style gentle programme with a quiet corner for naps and feeding. Ages 4–7 get the classic structure — free play while guests arrive, 40 minutes of hosted games, food, cake moment, then face painting and crafts as energy winds down. Ages 8–12 want missions: treasure hunts across the villa garden, pool games with our lifeguard on duty, and team challenges with actual prizes.
Heat is the detail visiting families underestimate. We schedule active games before 11:00 or after 16:00, keep craft and food stations in the shade, and always have a water-refill point. If your villa has a pool, upgrading to a pool party is the single most popular add-on — the lifeguard is always included, never an extra.
How It Works
Message us on WhatsApp
Date, your child's age, headcount and area. You get a theme proposal and a fixed price the same day — usually within the hour.
Approve the plan
We send a simple one-page plan: theme, menu, cake design, timeline and total in IDR. You change anything you like before confirming.
We set up early
The team arrives 1.5–2 hours before guests so decor, tables and activity stations are ready before the first doorbell.
Party, then we vanish
We host the games, manage the cake moment, pack everything away and leave the villa as we found it. You keep the leftovers and the photos.
Package Pricing
The Mini package starts from IDR 2,500,000 for up to 10 children: decor corner, birthday cake and a party host for two hours. Classic, our most-booked option, is IDR 4,500,000 for up to 20 children with full themed styling, entertainer, games and a sweet table. Grand starts from IDR 8,500,000 for up to 35 children and adds a second entertainer, pool party with lifeguard and a photographer. Full tables and à la carte rates are on the pricing page.
